We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also provide a reverse pick-up service, subject to availability at your location. A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted per order during a refund, irrespective of the number of items. For orders with multiple items, only one ₹100 fee will apply.
– Pick-up Attempts :
The courier will attempt two pick-ups. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the item(s) back to us directly. Reverse pick-up is dependent on service availability at your pincode.
– For COD Orders :
Wallet credit will be issued within 1-2 business days from the day of return pickup is processed, sent to your registered email or contact number.
Return Condition:
Please return items in the original condition as it was shipped. Worn or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.
Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
Payments made with COD option will receive Wallet credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
Reward points or Wallet credits are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our Website.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, Hankies, Socks, and innerwear (e.g., boxers, briefs, trunks). DENYRO may update these exclusions without prior notice.

Items purchased during promotions (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are not eligible for returns.
